Terms & Conditions.

1. Pooja Seva aspirants are requested to register their required service by providing the details in Subscription format-1 (Preliminary) at least with in 7 days before the Seva to be performed.

2. On receipt of the confirmation slip Sevakarthas (Pooja) are requested to make the requisite amount by providing details as mentioned in the second format i.e. Subscription format –II (Final) at least with in 3 days before the Seva to be performed. There will be no changes in the sevas or seva dates once preliminary format is submitted.

3. Once the confirmation is received pooja seva aspirants should furnish details with the requisite amount before 3 days from the date of performing seva. On non-submission of details in the final format with the requisite amount in the time stipulated, seva opted by him is deemed to be cancelled. The Firm reserves right to refund / retain the amount received after the due date.

4. Tariff for each seva will be varied depends upon the circumstances and sevakarthas are required to pay the additional sum if required prior to the date of Seva.

5. Pitrukarya Sevakarthas are requested to provide the necessary details with the requisite tariff atleast two weeks in advance for arranging such rituals.

6. Prasadm is normally sent through Postal / reputed courier service. The Firm is not responsible for Wrong Address / Delay in delivery /non-delivery / contamination of prasadam etc. and no further correspondence will be entertained in this regard.

7. Membership is confined only to the person whose particulars furnished in the membership requisition Form. Under no circumstances transferring member ship to any other person is acceptable

8. All sevas are subject to confirmation intimated through message / mail by the Firm.

9. If no confirmation is received before the date opted for seva/ ritual the amount paid by the aspiring participant will be refunded excluding service charges.

10. The Firm reserves right to deny / allow the request for performing the particular seva and reserves right to refund or retain the amount.

11. The Sevas will be provided subject to the availability of Pandits and accommodation. In the event of our failure to arrange such seva / accommodation as the case may be, the amount deposited to the Firm account will be refunded (excluding service charges) with out interest with in one month from the date of the seva opted.

12. If the sevadar revised his stand and declined seva after depositing the amount with the Firm Account, the Firm reserves right to refund/ retain the programme fee excluding the service charges. In no case the service charges as applicable to/fixed will be refunded.

13. Seva karthas are required top pay postal / courier charges extra for sending prasada in all cases.

14. There services are confined to the people of hindu relegion only.

15. All the sevakarthas are bound to follow the rules stipulated and deviation if any will be treated as indiscipline and such deviators are liable for prosecution.

16. Furnishing of ID is mandatory in all cases.
